What this site is for

Presenting our commercial duct cleaning work and routing walkthrough requests to the people who carry them out. The brackets and technical explanations published here are general orientation; the only figure that binds anyone is the quote written for your building after the walkthrough.

Walkthrough requests

The walkthrough button hands you, in a separate tab, to the request page of the partner who schedules the estimators; that page carries its own terms, and pressing the button is free and without commitment on either side. Scope, dates, night windows and payment terms are settled in the written quote, never by this website.

Using the site fairly

No automated scraping at volume, no fabricated messages, no probing of the contact form. Traffic that behaves that way is filtered without notice.

Where our liability stops

Pages here describe duct systems in general; they have not seen your ceilings, your units or your lease. As far as the law allows, choices made on the strength of general pages alone remain the reader's own, and nothing in these terms touches rights that statute grants you regardless.

Whose content this is

The words, the pictures and the way the pages are put together are the property of this website or of those who licensed them to us. Quoting briefly with attribution is welcome; wholesale reuse is not.
